This pasta dish is a quick and easy meal made in a single pan. {ONE POT WONDER} JAMBALAYA PASTA is chock full of hearty meats and liberally seasoned with spices. Every bite is bursting with bold flavor!

2 tbsp oil
1 lb chicken, diced
1 red, yellow, or orange bell pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
1 lb andoullie smoked sausage, thinly sliced
4 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
1-2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp onion powder
salt and pepper, to taste

This crispy fried chicken sandwich recipe is better than Chik-Fil-A, Popeye's or McDonald's! The chicken breast is brined in pickle juice, breaded with flavorful seasonings, fried until golden brown, and then piled on a toasted brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, pickles and mayonnaise.
