One Skillet Cheesy Taco Orzo

Easy and delicious taco orzo made in one skillet.

1 pound ground turkey
1 small yellow onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, diced
2 cups dry orzo
1 1/4 cups taco sauce
1 1/2 cups low sodium chicken broth
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Sriracha
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tomato, diced
black olives, sliced
green onions, sliced

In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook the ground turkey until completely cooked and crumbled.
