This One Skillet Creamy Tuscan Chicken combines golden brown chicken breasts, spinach and sun dried tomatoes in an Italian seasoned rich creamy garlic Parmesan Cheese sauce It is easy enough for a weeknight meal yet elegant enough for company.

2 chicken breasts ( cut in half lengthwise to make 4 thinner breasts )
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic minced
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
1/8 teaspoon dried basil
2 pinches dried marjoram
2 pinches crushed red pepper
1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
2/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
3 cups baby spinach
2/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
