2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp saffron threads
1 organic egg yolk
1/2 tsp lemon juice
pinch sea salt
pinch black pepper
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

2 tubes cleaned squid
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp sea salt
