A quick and easy yet totally delicious open faced fruit pie everyone will love!

1 refrigerated pie crust
1 1/2 Cup fresh fruit, rinsed
4 Tbsp cold butter
1/4 Cup flour
1/4 Cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

1 Tbsp water
