Orange-Cardamom Coffee with Rum

Cozy up with a steamy mug of coffee scented with fresh orange zest and ground cardamom – it’s especially delicious spiked with aged rum.

½ cup (4 scoops) freshly ground coffee
1 orange, zested
¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
8 cups water
4 ounces 5-year aged rum
8 tablespoons whipped cream, for serving
