ORANGE FLAVORED CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI MUFFINS

Chocolate and orange flavors go so well together in this moist version of zucchini bread.

1 orange
2 cups peeled and pureed zucchini
3/4 cup oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 white sugar
3 large eggs
1 Tbsp vanilla
2 cups chocolate chips
3 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
