3 Navel Oranges ( zest and juice )
Fresh Ginger ( 2-inch piece, peeled and minced finely )
8 Garlic Cloves ( minced finely )

1/3 cup Honey
2 tsp. Kosher Salt
1 tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
3 cups Spring Lettuce Mix
2 Navel Oranges ( segments )
1 Large Carrot ( peeled and made into long ribbons using peeler )
6 Radishes ( cut into thin coins )
