Oriental Grilled Chicken Salad

This salad is sure to become a summertime favorite! It combines yummy vegetables with a little bit of fruit and a sweet vinegar dressing. Throw in some wonton strips and caramelized almonds for a little crunch and then top it all off with some grilled chicken. Summer food at it\\\'s finest!

Dressing:
½ cup white vinegar
1 cup white sugar
1 TBS sesame oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 cup olive oil
Salad:
2 heads romaine lettuce, washed and cut into bite size pieces
1-2 chicken breasts, grilled and cut into thin strips
½ red pepper, cut into strips
½ small red onion, cut into thin strips
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
2 or 3 handfuls of fried wonton strips
1 handful of caramelized almonds
½ cup white vinegar
1 cup white sugar
1 TBS sesame oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper

Salad:

1-2 chicken breasts, grilled and cut into thin strips
½ red pepper, cut into strips
½ small red onion, cut into thin strips
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
2 or 3 handfuls of fried wonton strips
1 handful of caramelized almonds
Dressing
Put sugar and vinegar in blender. Blend at low speed. While blending, add salt, pepper, and sesame oil. Turn the blender to high and gradually add the olive oil.
