A quite simple version of orzotto. You can add many vegetables, meat, bacon or sausage. I usually prefer it simple and clean. Served with grated parmesan is an ideal meal for lunch! Perfect for kids too.

250gr whole grain medium orzo
1 large red onion or 2 medium
2 green onions
1 clove garlic
4 tablespoons tomato paste
1 chicken bouillon cube or chicken broth
Olive oil
