Sweet Relish containing tomatoes and peppers. Makes anything taste better.

15 Tomatoes
2 Hot peppers
2 cups white vinegar
3 Large Onions
2 Tbls salt
6 Red or Green peppers (I use both, looks pretty)
3 cups sugar
Skin tomatoes by placing them in hot water for a min or so and then cold water. Cut into quarters. Grind peppers and onions then mix all ingredients together and cook until thick. Skim foam off top if there is any. Fill qt. jars with hot relish and process 15 min. in canner.
