The greatest thing about this recipe- you can top it with whatever you like. My kids love to assemble their own salads and add whatever toppings they feel like (I have to monitor how much cheese they use). We have now made these salads a couple of times because they are so simple to throw together and we all love them. The meat is what makes these salads- a fun twist from your regular taco meat.
