Oven Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

So what do you do with your pumpkin seeds after carving out a pumpkin? Most of you, like myself, throw them out. Well not anymore! Have you ever tried oven roasted pumpkin seeds? I made them for the first time today and they are so good! They taste like crunchy pop corn and are incredibly addicting!
