This Oven Roasted Tofu with Spanish Paprika and Parsley is truly amazing, it´s loaded with flavor, beyond easy to make and done in under 30 minutes.

1 block extra firm organic tofu ( 8 ounces )
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp sweet smoked paprika
