Over Easy Grilled Cheesey

Butter bread for grilling, sandwich together. Layer sandwiches as follows: a slice of American cheese, as much or as little of the ham as you wish. ( I opted for more in this sandwich.) Sprinkle with scallions. Open the cheese wedges, break with fingers or cut with knife 4 little dollops of of cream cheese per sandwich. Set aside. On warm griddle, cook your over easy eggs. Place one over easy egg lightly so as not to break the yolk over the cream cheese. Place bottom half of buttered sandwich on grill and top with remaining buttered slice. Grill till golden.
