Overnight Cinnamon Rolls with icing

There’s nothing quite like waking up from a rested night’s sleep to a sugary, doughy, cinnamon roll, but who has the energy/patience/desire to wake up in the wee hours of the morning to prepare them? Not this lady. I am hardly the morning person around here & thankfully, neither is the rest of my family. We hardly crawl out of bed before 8:00 unless we have to be somewhere early or if it happens to be daylight savings & we’re all messed up. So when I discovered this recipe for overnight

For the dough:
2/3 cup whole milk
2 (1/4-ounce) envelopes instant yeast (4 teaspoons total)
1/2 cup demerara sugar
2 large eggs, at room temperature
3 cups unbleached bread flour
1 teaspoon fine sea salt
4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, cut into 6 pieces & softened at room temperature
For the cinnamon butter
8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, cut into small pieces & softened at room temperature, plus additional butter for greasing the pan & plastic wrap
3/4 cup demerara sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
For the icing
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 cup confectioners' sugar, sifted after measuring
