Overnight Gingerbread Oatmeal

These overnight oats are a great make-ahead breakfast flavored with gingerbread spices and molasses.

1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk any kind
1 tablespoon molasses
1/2 tablespoon demerara or brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon gingerbread spice mix
pinch of salt
2 tablespoons chopped pecans
2 tablespoons raisins

Place oats, milk, molasses , sugar, gingerbread spice and salt in a container with a tight fitting lid (like a mason jar). Shake to combine. Place container in the fridge overnight.
