1 egg
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon potato starch of maiseau
oysters filtered to the colander

Step 1: Open the oysters. Step 2: Keep the water of oysters in the filter with a colander. Step 3: Mix the egg, flour and maize starch. Step 4: Add the milk to obtain a dough not too thick, nor too light. Step 5:Dip the oysters in the dough one at a time. Fried them up to the obtaining of a beautiful gilding. Serve drizzled with lemon and sprinkled with salt.
