These paleo pumpkin muffins are perfect for a healthy fall pumpkin breakfast as they are gluten and refined sugar free.

¼ cup tapioca flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
4 eggs
2/3 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup coconut oil ( melted )
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
