kosher salt and pepper
1/2 c all purpose flour
2 T olive oil
1 T butter
1/2 c chopped sweet onion
1 clove garlic
1 t each fresh rosemary, basil and thyme
1/2 t grated fresh ginger
2/3 c brown sugar
1/4 c apple cider vinegar
2 T Dijon mustard
2 t less sodium soy sauce
6 medium ripe peaches
