Simple is the best way to describe these potatoes. Well seasoned red potato wedges are pan fried in a little canola oil until they are crispy out the outside, and tender in the middle. The perfect accompaniment for meat on the grill and a side salad.

3-4 large red potatoes washed and cut into wedges
liberal amounts of salt seasoning salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper
1/4 cup canola oil
