1- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
2- Mix the ingredients in a bowl. Put the mixture in a skillet previously heated. Put them all in the oven. The skillet must not be too large otherwise the pancake does not inflate. It is also possible to use a base of aluminum of 7 inches.
3- Cook until the pancake is completely golden to avoid that it deflates.
