It is loaded with veggies and whole wheat base which provides high fibre content and satiety as well.Tomatoes provide us with a good number of conventional antioxidants, including excellent amounts of vitamin C; very good amounts of vitamin E, vitamin A (in the form of carotenoids), and manganese; and good amounts of zinc and chromium.

50 grams Paneer
1 whole wheat pizza base
Salt ( as per taste )
1 tsp Oil
½ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp Garam masala powder
¼ tsp Chat masala
½ tsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp curds
1 tsp Feta cheese
For topping:
1 Green capsicum ( seeded and cut into dices )
1 Tomato ( cut into cubes )
1 Onion

Step 1 Place Paneer cubes in a bowl. Add red chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt, chaat masala, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste and curds.
