Quick and delicious, a great weeknight meal!

2-lbs of Tilapia (frozen is ok)
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 Cup Butter
3 Tbsp Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp dried Basil
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Minced Garlic
1/8 tsp Celery Salt
Salt to taste
