This Parmesan Basil Shrimp and Rice is easy to make and ready in less than 20 minutes!

1 1/2 cups dry white rice
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons chopped, fresh basil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Almond Milk
