Parmesan Roasted Potatoes

Roasted potatoes with a crispy cheese bottom.

3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese
2 1/4 pounds honey gold potatoes, cut in half
black pepper, to taste

Preheat the oven to 400º F.

Brush 1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil on the bottom of an 10x15 inch baking sheet. Evenly sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top.
