Passion fruit soufflés

Easy to make passion fruit soufflés

Serves 4:

Ramekin dishes
2 egg whites
200ml ready-made custard
3 passion fruits
1. Put the custard into a large bowl. 2. To prepare the passion fruits, simply chop them in half and scrape out the seeds and juice from inside into the custard bowl. 3. Using a metal spoon, beat the mixture well and then set aside. 4. In another bowl, whisk the egg whites until they're stiff. Fold a quarter of the egg white into the custard mix. 5. Gently fold in the rest of the egg white. 6. Spoon the mixture into the ramekin dishes and place on a buttered/greased baking sheet. 7. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes on 200C, or until well risen. To be served immediately.
