1 Tablespoon oil
1/4 cup red onion chopped
1 cup mushrooms slices 1
1/4 cup cream 35%
2 teaspoon fresh oregano
1/2 cup tomato sauce or cream of tomatoes
1/4 cup prosciutto in strips
a few green shallots minced (optional)

STEP 1
Heat the oil in a deep frying pan and sweat the onion.
Step 2
Add the mushrooms and saute about 1 minute.
Step 3
Add the cream and bring to boil.
Step 4
Add the fresh oregano and tomato sauce.
STEP 5
Mix, then add salt and pepper to taste if desired.
STEP 6 Serve on a pasta dish cooked in choice, then top with prosciutto and shallots.
