1 1/2 tbsp sesame seed oil

1 tsp mustard seeds
1 cup chopped bittergourd
pinch turmeric powder
to taste Salt

1/3 cup boiled peanuts
to taste Gosseberry sized tamarind dissolved in water

1 tbsp jaggery
