For as much as I love chocolate, you might be surprised to hear that one of my favorite candies has absolutely no chocolate in it--I love Paydays! I love the combination of the salty nuts and the sweet caramel candy surrounding them. My other favorite candy is Reese's Peanut Butter Cups...do you notice the peanutty trend? I've made a bar version of PB cups before, and they are one of my favorite treats. When I saw this recipe for Payday bars, I knew I had to try them. I was really

3 cups salted peanuts
2-1/2 Tablespoons butter
2 cups peanut butter chips
14 ounces (1 can) sweetened condensed milk
2 cups mini marshmallows
