Peach Ale Cherries and Chocolate Stout Whipped Mascarpone on Chocolate Pound Cake

Cherries cooked in R.J. Rockers Son of a Peach ale on top of a piece of chocolate pound cake topped with chocolate stout whipped mascarpone

1.Combine peach ale, cherries, and corn starch in a Dutch oven over high heat, bring to a boil, reduce to a heavy simmer
2.Cook until thick and syrupy - I let them go for about 1 hour
3.Set aside to cool...
