a delicious make ahead meal that can be reheated for busy school mornings

2 cups of rolled oats {I use Bob's Red Mill}
1/3 cup of sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 cups of milk
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp melted butter {I used coconut butter}
1 peach pitted and sliced

combine all of the dry ingredients {mix well}
place the oats in a 1 1/2 qt baking dish
whisk together the milk, egg, vanilla, and melted butter
pour over the oats - and stir just to combine everything
