Peach Passion Fruit with Cream Cheese Frosting

These gorgeous cupcakes are filled with chunks of peach and tangy passion fruit. It is baked perfectly, soft tender and light. Using buttermilk gives a pleasing taste to these Peach Passion fruit Cupcakes, and it also keeps the cupcakes moist. 24 cupcakes
Cupcake:
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour ( spooned into measuring cup and leveled-off )
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup unsalted butter ( softened, plus more for greasing the pans )
2 cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 large egg ( at room temperature )
1 cup buttermilk
3-4 fresh passion fruit ( pulp )
2 peach ( diced into small cubes )
For Frosting:
12 oz cream cheese ( at room temperature )
1 1/2 stick 12 tsp unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
4 cups confectioner sugar ( 1 lb )
4 tbsp peach and passion ( juice )
