300 grams All Purpose Flour ( About 1 1/2 cups )
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
100 grams Unsalted Butter ( About 1/2 cup )
100 grams Cream Cheese ( About 1/2 cup )
3 tablespoons Chopped Basil
4-6 tablespoons Cold Water
Peach Filling:
5-6 each Peaches ( Peeled and Sliced into 1/2 slices )
1 cup Granulated Sugar
3 tablespoons Dark Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Corn Starch
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
2 tablespoons Half and Half
2 tablespoons Demerara Sugar ( Or Sparkling Sugar )
