Are you apple/peanut butter dipper? Then this dish is for you! Heck-even if you're not, chances are you'll love it. :)
4 large apples (I like to use Granny Smith for baking), peeled and sliced
1/2 c. sugar
2 T. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Dash of salt
3 T. lemon juice
1 1/2 T. butter
Topping:
1/2 c. butter, room temperature
1/4 c. peanut butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. oatmeal
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. walnuts (optional)
1/2 c. sugar
