I came across these Peanut Butter Breakfast Bites and had to try them. They are so easy to make and taste amazing! They taste so good they could be a dessert. I always make a batch of these on Sunday, then just eat them for breakfast or snacks throughout the week. Sometimes they are even my dessert.

Deviled Ham Bites

Sneak a few slices of ham before cooking it up to make these delicious nibbles. Deviled Ham Bites are quick and delicious snacks to whip up while waiting for the Easter Dinner.

2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons minced roasted red peppers
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups diced ham
1 baguette ( thinly sliced, diagonally )

One of my favorite ways to get more vegetables in my diet: pico de gallo. Tons of fresh vegetables, chopped up and thrown together with a couple of spices and a squirt of lime juice . . . it’s basically heaven on earth!
