Serve up a creepy-cute treat at the Halloween party with these Peanut Butter Chocolate Spider Bars!

1 c butter, softened to room temperature
1/2 c granulated sugar
1 c brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1 c peanut butter
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 c flour
2 c oatmeal
3/4 c. chocolate chips
Chocolate-covered malted milk balls
black gel icing for eyes
brown frosting from the tube or chocolate buttercream frosting for legs
