Peanut Butter Cup Crunch Brownies

These fabulously decadent brownies are made to please a crowd! Rich and fudgy brownies generously sprinkled with chopped up peanut butter cups, and then covered in a mouthwatering topping made of melty milk choclate, peanut butter, and crunchy Rice Krispies.

1 C unsalted butter
1-1/3 C semi sweet chocolate chips
1-1/2 C granulated (white) sugar
1/2 C brown sugar, packed
4 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1 C + 3 TBS all-purpose flour
1/4 C unsweetened cocoa powder

15 Reese\'s Peanut Butter Cups, unwrapped and chopped into chunks **you can use more or less, but I usually use between 15-18 PB Cups for a 9x13 pan
1 C chopped peanuts (optional)

1-1/2 C milk chocolate chips
1-1/2 C creamy peanut butter
1/2 TBS butter
1-1/2 C Rice Krispies cereal
