Fluffy White cake filled with strawberry jelly and topped with peanut butter and strawberry butter frosting. This is the perfect cupcake for a kid’s birthday party! These peanut butter and jelly cupcakes are ridiculously delicious! I am a lover of the peanut butter and jelly sandwich so this cupcake was right up my alley.
For the Cupcakes:
1 white cake mix plus ingredients to make from the box
strawberry jelly
For the Peanut Butter Frosting:
3/4 cup softened butter (1-1/2 sticks)
3/4 cup peanut butter
1-1/2 tablespoons milk
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups confectioners’ sugar
For the Strawberry Frosting:
1 cup butter, at room temperature
1/2 cup chopped strawberries, room temperature
2 pounds confectioners’ sugar

1/2 cup chopped strawberries, room temperature
2 pounds confectioners’ sugar
For the Cupcakes:
