Peanut butter ice cream with peanut butter swirl.

1 cup half and half, divided
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 cups heavy cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter, melted and cooled slightly

Place a container for storing the ice cream in into the freezer.

In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons half and half and the cornstarch. Set aside.
