Peanut Butter Nutella Chocolate Cookie Cups

These Peanut Butter Nutella Chocolate Cookie Cups are cookies baked in a muffin tin to create a deep dish style cookie but to throw them right over the top they are stuffed with peanut butter AND Nutella.

180g Butter, softened
2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Icing Sugar
2 Tsp Vanilla Essence
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp Cornflour
1 and 1/2 Cups Flour
1/2 Cup Cocoa
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Nutella
