1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt
