Peanut butter oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are chewy and delicious and great anytime you need a sweet treat. They are an easy cookie to make and will become one of your favorite twists on chocolate chip cookies.

1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup chocolate chips
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt and ground oatmeal; set aside.
