This super thick and creamy Peanut Butter Oatmeal Smoothie is great to boost your energy and keep you full in the morning.

Smoothie:
1 ripe banana
1/4 cup quick oats
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon hemp hearts
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon maple syrup
120 ml almond milk
Topping:
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 teaspoon quick oats
2 pinches cinnamon
  • Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour everything into a jar or a glass. Garnish with some peanut butter, cinnamon, and quick oats.
