Peanut Butter Snickers Ice Cream

Homemade vanilla ice cream with bits of peanut butter Snickers swirled in.

1 1/2 C Whole Milk (Again, Raw milk instead. SOO good)
1 1/2 C Heavy Cream
1 Vanilla bean (CHEATER! and used Vanilla bean paste!)
2 large eggs
3 large egg yolks
3/4 C sugar
2 – 4 Snickers Peanut Butter candy bars (depending on how chunky you want your consistency – I did 4)

3 slices thick cut bacon
1 small Vidalia onion
2 cloves garlic
2 15.5 oz cans diced tomatoes
1 T sugar
2 t fresh thyme leaves
1 dried bay leaf
1/2 t apple cider vinegar
1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
2 c fresh or frozen okra
