Peanut Chutney

Tasty Peanut chutney-easy to make -goes well with Dosas and Idlis

Peanuts-1 small cup
Red Dry Chillies-3 nos
Channa Dal- 2/3 teaspoons
Salt-Half Teaspoon
Oil-1 teaspoon
Unsweetened Yogurt-2-3 spoons
Cumin seeds-A pinch
1. In a pan, put one spoon of oil. 2.Add cumin seeds,peanuts, channa dal, red dry chillies and roast them till they are slightly brown. 3.After you are done with roasting, in a blender add the unsweetened yogurt,salt and the roasted mixture (covered in step 2) and blend, till it is a smooth paste. Adjust salt as per taste.Peanut chutney is ready to be served
