1/4 cup toasted pecans
1/2 cup (2 tbsp) all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp coconut oil
1 1/2 tbsp plain non-dairy milk
