For the dough:
1 egg
3 Tbsp light corn syrup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup butter
3 cups bread flour
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1 package active star dry yeast
1 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar ( packed )
1 cup pecans
For the filling:
2 Tbsp butter ( softened )
2 Tbsp brown sugar ( packed )
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
