For the dough:
½ cup milk
½ cup water
¼ cup butter
1 egg
3⅓ cups bread flour
¼ cup sugar
¾ tsp salt
1 package (2¼ tsp, ¼oz, 7g) RED STAR Active Dry Yeast
For the topping
⅓ cup butter
½ cup brown sugar, packed
3 Tbsp light corn syrup
⅓ cup pecans
For the filling:
2 Tbsp butter ( softened )
2 Tbsp brown sugar ( packed )
2 Tbsp sugar
1½ tsp cinnamon
