2 medium-sized onions ( finely chopped )
4 garlic cloves ( finely chopped )
3 tablespoons olive oil
to taste Sea salt
2 Tablespoons sugar
to taste Cherry tomatoes
to taste Green pepper
to taste Onion
to taste Green and yellow chillies
to taste Cheddar and parmesan cheese
